Why a Reservation List?

We'd rather your clock spend its waiting time in your home than in our workshop.

Unlike many repair shops, we don't want your clock spending months in our workshop simply waiting for its turn. Even though our storage area is secure, climate controlled, and even under the same roof as our workshop, we believe your clock is usually better off remaining in your home until we're ready to begin work.

After all, even a clock that isn't running can still be admired and enjoyed. Family heirlooms continue to tell a story, decorative clocks still enhance a room, and—as the saying goes—even a stopped clock is right twice a day.

By accepting only as many clocks as we can actively work on, we minimize the time your clock is away from home and can begin work promptly once it arrives in our care. This approach also reduces unnecessary handling and storage, lowering the risk of accidental damage while your clock is awaiting service.
